CCI & SJC presents "Comedy of Errors" by William Shakespeare @CAC...

Dear TAML Members,

The Capital Classics Inc. (CCI) in partnership with Saint Joseph College (SJC) presents "Comedy of Errors" by William Shakespeare. In case you are unfamiliar with this story an abridged synopsis follows. Aegeon, a merchant of Syracuse, is being led to his public execution for the crime of being from Syracuse, trespassing in Ephesus, and being unable to pay the fine of a thousand marks; however the Duke of Ephesus, is willing to grant a payment extension of one day upon hearing the woeful tale of Aegeon who is hopelessly searching for his son, Antipholus of Syracuse, and his son's slave, Dromio of Syracuse, who have both left their Syracusian home on a quest to find their identical twin brothers from whom they have been separated at birth—along with Aegeon's wife.

Unbeknownst to Aegeon, Antipholus of Syracuse and his slave, Dromio of Syracuse, arrive in Ephesus, which is in fact the home of their identical twin brothers, Antipholus of Ephesus and his slave, Dromio of Ephesus. When the Syracusian fellows encounter the friends, spouses and families of their twins, a series of wild mishaps based on mistaken identities begins to unfold in what has become known as Shakespeare's most farcical play.
