[GAM] appearing in one-man performance of "Two For Freedom" @SDSF, 06/07 only!

Hello TAML Members,

I have been invited to perform the one-man play, Two For Freedom as part of the Stratford Day Street Festival (SDSF). Two For Freedom is a 45-minute, performance about two African-Americans and their dreams to become free men.
Jack Arabus is one of these men, a native of Stratford, Connecticut who decides to fight in place of his master in the Revolutionary War. Frederick Douglass is the other man, known as a great orator, statesmen, author and publisher who spent the first 21 years of his life as a slave in Maryland. Come see how each achieve their dream of freedom in very different ways!!

This performance is under the auspices of the Stratford Arts Guild (SAG) in conjunction with History Alive!

Stratford Day is a free, one-day, family street festival. It has been held for 24 years on a blocked-off portion of Main St., a town green, a community center and senior center, in Stratford, CT. The purpose of Stratford Day is to provide an event where all civic, religious and social groups come together in one place for fund raising and public exposure, fostering community interaction and providing a fun, family outing.
